Jessica Marken, MA, BCBA, LBA
Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Simpson College and was a teacher for Head Start for several years. In 2019, she received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and began working as the Clinic Director of New View when they first opened in 2020. In 2023, she became the owner but continues to work directly with clients and families.

Landi Fox, MS, BCBA, LBA
Landi has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Iowa State University. In 2024, she received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.
She has experience working with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability from ages 2 to 80+.

Kate Burnette, MS, BCBA, LBA
Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Special Education from Grand View University. She spent eight years working as a special education teacher before earning her Master of Science from Capella University in 2024 and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Kate has experience supporting individuals ages 2–20 across school, home, and clinic settings. She is passionate about helping children and families build meaningful skills while creating supportive, individualized learning environments that promote growth and success

Registered Behavior Technicians
These are the direct staff who work one on one with each child. Each RBT undergoes intensive training and receives ongoing support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
