Registered Behavior Technicians

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are the team members who work directly with your child each day, building meaningful relationships while supporting communication, play, social interaction, independence, and other individualized goals. Every RBT completes specialized training, demonstrates competency in the skills required to provide ABA therapy, and earns the nationally recognized Registered Behavior Technician credential.

At New View, our RBTs receive ongoing supervision, coaching, and support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure therapy remains individualized, effective, and responsive to each child’s needs. We carefully select team members who are compassionate, engaging, and committed to creating positive, meaningful experiences where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn.
